  • Shopify Store Data: When you connect your Shopify store, we access and store:

    • Order data (sales, revenue, dates, customer information)

    • Product data (names, SKUs, variants, pricing, inventory levels)

    • This data is used solely to provide you with analytics and insights.

  • Advertising Platform Data: When you connect Meta Ads or Google Ads accounts, we access and store:

    • Campaign performance data (spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, ROAS)

    • This data is used to provide advertising performance insights.

  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our Service, including:

    • Pages viewed

    • Features used

    • Time spent on the platform

    • Device information (browser type, operating system, IP address)

      Revno acts as a data processor for Shopify store data. The merchant (you) remains the data controller responsible for the customer data contained in your Shopify store.

2.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Supabase: Data storage and authentication

  • Railway: Application hosting

  • OpenAI: AI-powered insights generation (OpenAI: We may send limited, relevant data (such as aggregated store or campaign metrics) to OpenAI's API to generate analytics insights and recommendations. OpenAI does not use this data to train its models.)

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., court orders, subpoenas).

4.3 Business Transfers

    If you uninstall the Revno Shopify integration, we will delete Shopify-related data associated with your store within 30 days unless retention is required for legal or operational reasons.
